Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you have plenty of questions to ask RED in the interview process and make sure at the end that you REALLY want to work here (and make sure this isn't the only place you're interviewing). RED puts on a very nice face, but under all the make up, the company is really rather ugly."

What don't you like about working at RED Interactive Agency?

"Senior managements complete lack of understanding of the basic software development, and unwilling to listen to those in the company who do. They believe the meager level of understanding is all that is necessary to manage the company successfully, and refuse to hire a CTO."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a good CTO, one with actual experience in software development before moving to mangement."
