"During my time there I found the leadership structure to be in chaos with no sense of teamwork. Account managers felt that they have control of development and project management, developers were constantly torn "between two masters" and were unsure what was going on. If anyone had the courage or audacity to challenge this toxic work culture, they were immediately politically assassinated. This was accomplished by political maneuvering with your supervisor's supervisor. Once they undermine his/her confidence, they recommend termination. In short, a horrible company to work for unless you love political maneuvering."
