"I worked at Red Auto Protection full time, it was an overall enjoyable work environment. However, as time went on I noticed a few flaws in the company. There were a lot of issues with upper management, along with bad communication skills from management to the sales team, we often had outside hires put into management positions, which made it impossible for any Sales Reps to move up in the company. Lastly, we'd work many long hours, with the overall compensation being very low."
"This is not a good company to work. Things are changed to the owner's advantage only. He does not take interest or care if anything is beneficial for the employees. He makes promises with no intention of following through. Commission structures change if he feels they are getting too high or will find a reason to terminate an employee to avoid paying bonuses. While a legitimate company for a customer to do business, it is not a good place to work."
