"Prior to my promotion to Recruiting Manager, I just received a base salary. After that, I received my base salary plus commission which allowed my annual compensation to grow an additional $20,000 in a matter of 6 months, and it only would have expanded from there. I'd say that starting out was most likely more difficult here than other companies as I was unable to receive commission when I first started. However, once you get to that point, the increase in pay can far exceed many other competitors."

"I feel the challenge and setting the bar high lead to my success in closing some of the toughest positions to date in the central valley. I'm very proud of the fact clients took the time to write letters of recommendation to my immediate supervisor and upper management in sharing their experience that set me apart from others recruiting managers they had dealt with in the past."
