"I think the one part that was tough for me is that I am the best type of learner when I get all the information and the whole process taught at once. I felt that after my first week I was on my own. Obviously, I am not against it, I just felt that a lot of the time, I was very slow and at some points overwhelmed just because I did not know all the steps. Again, everyone was there to answer any and all questions I have, just sometimes can be frustrating, especially when I started and while working with various AMs, I feel like some did a fantastic job with getting searches done, and giving me the necessary time to sit down and explain the role thoroughly. Some AMs, I felt like, just did not give me the time of day, and somewhat felt like I should already know everything about the role, and how to search and what search engines to use. But obviously, these concerns are just part of the learning curve, and now, I definitely feel more comfortable."
