"great place to work. Great VP of Operation, excellent Senior Estimator and great Project coordinators. A little bit weak in project managers, not enough experience, but still good people to work with, Two more years for the actual project manager and they will become great project managers, CEO of the company very focused on what he want's , but he doesn't listen much to the VP of operation or the PM"s. Owner only trust on him self, no one else."
