"I am working in this company already 1 year, I love the environment and our ambitious plans of growth. The large disadvantage is the limit of self-development, showing potential because your supervisor always controls every step and presents any of your idea as his."
"As I work more than 3 year, I learned many thing from mentors and work so smartly and completed on time but I never get a chance for appraisal. It is very good industry for person who have capability to do something"
"Great company to work for in terms of benefits, paid time off, and salary. The downside is Production peoples are often overworked so work/life balance is lacking. However, would recommend to anyone."
"Not interested in writing a review at this time."
"I have worked for Mead Johnson/RB for a total of 3 years and really enjoy the environment and the people here. This is a company that truly cares for their employees and makes babies the most important people in the world. My wife and I just had our first and have been blessed working for this company. Thank you MJN/RB!"
"I want the opportunity to earn commission, in a younger more dynamic industry. RB was great to work with and learn the sales cycle and the professional world, but changes are slow and that does not excite me. What does excite me is technology and how its always changing. I would recommend my current job to people, but if you want to make commission, its probably not for you."
"This is the worst company to work for if you're doing IT. The employees disrespect you if you don't solve their problems within a small time frame and the manager is a bitch. She will fire or destroy careers for no reason. It was the most stressful job I've ever had because I never felt job security. NEVER WORK HERE IN IT. My coworkers were awesome but the management sucked and there is 0 chance to advance."
