"We were the leaders ion the industry with successful marketing and very well branded. They was a management team in place for many years that worked together and was very successful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is a couple of small time owners who got really lucky. they had a team in place that carried them out of a financial nightmare. The stregnth of this company was the team in place that has now moved on."

What don't you like about working at Re-Bath?

"Ownership was a little un-realistic and chose not to listen to the experts they employed. This let to the demise of company morale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Empower employees to make decisions and trust them to do what is right. Do not undermine anyones authority. Invest in employees and understand that even though the machine is built it still takes a toll when adding other companies to the mix."

"The laid back, friendly enviorment provided by the employees of the company."

"Be ready to jump in, be a self starter, and to enjoy yourself."

"The business ethics established and pushed by upper management which do not coiencide with business ethics as they should be."
