"Abusive and harassing environment . Extensive micromanagement. Continuous breaking or alteration of rules already written in handbook by upper management. Very low pay with few raises or incentives"

"This company was far too small for the amount of drama involved on an almost daily basis. If anything can be learned from this place it's to trust your employees and their ability to do their job. If you had enough faith to hire them in the first place. Leave them alone!"
