"Dont work here unless you dont need a job becasue you never know if you'll be laid off by lunch time"

"No one was allowed to talk during work hours or they were considered bad employees, and I never knew if I was working hard enough. People who worked there longer were treated better than new employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give people the right training, and rehire the people you laid off like you promised"
