"I worked at RDD for decent amount of time. As the previous review stated unless you are the director of retail's family you have to way of moving up. They steal from the company as well as cheat the system. If you are starting out as retail I would not recommend working here. The salary is low for the amount of work and training does not exists. It truly is nepotism at its best. If they do not like you they target you to get fired."

"Warning do not work here! There is no guidance and structure. The leadership has no idea of what they are doing, they will have you running all over the place do pointless work that could be done on a computer at office, then they will complain that objectives are not being reached. The management team has no understanding of time and what the sales reps go through and how much time is need to complete each task. You will be over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated, unless you are married to the sales director or his daughter. The only way to advance is to be a family member of upper management, nepotism at its worst!."
