"Working at RDA was such a blast and gave me a lot of really good real world experience. Working in the Dev Center with other individuals around my age and experience level was exciting cause we would often share and talk about the different things we worked on and experimented with. The company holds everyone to a high standard no matter the level and encourages you to learn new and exciting things to contribute in any shape or form. Working with other RDA'ers was great and I found them most helpful and very skilled. I would recommend anyone that is willing to learn and push themselves to RDA. They were essential in helping me grow as a professional programmer. I'd say as a new professional working at RDA was a privilege and I was very grateful of the opportunities it provided. A great way to get in on the ground floor to help build up experience."
