"I've worked with RD Technology Solutions for a year and a half. I loved the company, the supervisors, and my co-workers. We had some really interesting projects. It's a very small company and while I was there we had about six developers in total. Since it was a small company they didn't have any perks like free coffee or even filtered water let alone a retirement package or dental or vision insurance. They also paid well below the going rate for a Web Developer in LA County. But what frustrated me the most about the company was that they solely relied on one client for all their contracts. This meant work was feast or famine. This also meant that they hired and let go of workers frequently since work was so spotty. Needless to say, keeping morale high was hard since I was frequently saying goodbye or worried about my own employment."
