"I like the challenges of project management and the ability to design, detail, coordinate fabrication and installation. You own the entire package."

What don't you like about working at ThyssenKrupp Elevator?

"Worked too many weekends and holidays. Holidays are when all of the major projects are installed and Maintenance and Engineering are required to be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more accountable for the decisions that they make. They also need to communicate with middle management better. Projects are more than just a budget - they affect peoples lives every day"
