"Pay was always late. Check was always in the mail, but never arriving until months late! Hard to tell if they are even still in business or not. They never answer their phones, so how can they ever hope to get new business"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new accounts. Answer your phones, as it might be a new account! Pay your consultants on time. Pay your consultants using Direct Deposit."
