"Be confident in what you know. Don't be affraid to ask questions."

What don't you like about working at RCM Technologies?

"When RCMT took over MBH Solutions, they let go of many talented salaried people due to lack of business. MBH saw us as investments and encouraged our development. RCMT let you go if you were on the bench even for a little while."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They ought to hire more people on a salary basis, and encourage development of their talent."

"Inexperienced resources will fair better for available openings.Experienced resources should negotiated for the highest rate possible, raises do not occur for well experienced individuals."

"Inconsistent attitude of management dealing with individuals needs.Inconsistent application of rules outlined in employee handbook."

"Managements performance should be audtited with improvements intiated for better communication with all employees and conformance to specified rules upheld consistently."

"Pay was always late. Check was always in the mail, but never arriving until months late! Hard to tell if they are even still in business or not. They never answer their phones, so how can they ever hope to get new business"

"Get new accounts. Answer your phones, as it might be a new account! Pay your consultants on time. Pay your consultants using Direct Deposit."

"I enjoyed the business travel most but with all the budget cuts travel stopped completely"

"Get ready for a whirlwind from one day to the next.Needs improvement."

What don't you like about working at RCM Technologies?

"Travel stopped.Work assignments changed sometimes three to four times a day.It is difficult to be productive when all you do all day is change from one assignment to another.Assignments are dropped and new ones assigned at a moments notice with time wasted."

"To improve on the scope and focus of assignments and allow a little more lead time to complete.Depending on the task."
