"You have to be able to handle change well. It is part of the business environment and is ongoing.You have to be able to give up your weekends.There is high seniority in the clubs where most employees want to be.As should be, you must have excellent attendance.You must be sales oriented even though it is considered customer service oriented."

"micro-managementout dated technology and insufficient toolsinternal job promotions are politically basedpromises from management are not always carried through as told"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do what you say you are going to do where employees are concernedGive empowerment to those who deserve it as you once did.Bring our technical tools (computers) up to date.Don't micro manage employees who are reaching their production goals.Give employees two consecutive days off.Take away having to work every single Saturday."
