"Be ok with working for a company that really need some growth starting from the top down."

"There was a real problem with some of the management. To much BS and not enough attention to the real work being done. HR was not a strong enough presence being that the HR Mgr had been replaced 3x in 1 yr."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More focus on skills & skill building then pety interoffice games & powerplays."
