"I have been with Ray Allen Inc since October 2016. During that time I have filled several roles which show how much they believe in hiring and promoting from within. The company culture is all about the customer and then employees first. They are true to ensuring the employees feel valued and understand their roles. The company has gone through significant growth over the last 2 years and with that have come growing pains. The company and employees as a whole have done a solid job of keeping things in the middle of the road and acclimating to the new responsibility. There is always room for improvement but they are on the right path."
