"Rawlings is an excellent company. That can be seen by the number of employees that are celebrating 15+ years of employment. During the recent pandemic, they did their best to keep all the employees on board. Asked for a reduction in salary for the ones left on board. But got that reduction restored as soon as possible. Rawlings is on the right track for success"
