"Successful Rauxans are driven, ambitious self-starters. Be prepared to receive little training and hit the ground running! If you excel in an independent environment where you have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and go far if you are willing to work for it."

"The company vision changed constantly with no results. Rauxa couldn't decide what it wanted to be, and kept missing opportunities because of it's indecisiveness or inability to follow through."

"Diversify and hire the talent to support the company vision, especially at the executive level."

"There wasnt enough to move you into your career goal. There was no outlet to switch from project management into the creative sector."

"I found that my boss (who is no longer employed with Rauxa) was very mean to me. She generally played office politics and said bad things about co-workers, very uncomfortable."
