"The pay at ETS is about the same as the other companies in this field. I started as a Rater working out of a labor ready company and made a higher hourly wage than hired directly from the company. The following test I was hired through ETS and made 13.50 an hour. The hourly/annual wage is based solely on which test you are grading at that time, as certain ones pay more and have overtime. Above a Rater is your leader and they make 16 an hour. If you apply to work in the AP department your wage increases up to $3 more an hour. The more hours you agree to and overtime you accept you can have a great pay weekly."
