"Ratchet Studio is a great company mostly due to its employees and supervisor. Everyone has social so opinions are heard. the Only thing holding the company back from a design perspective is its lack of up to date technology. This equals in being unable to produce desired work aesthetic in a minimum time frame. Example is the office still runs Adobe CS3 on a Mac G4, in short rendering anything takes forever."
