"Great company to work for, not a glamorous job by any means but a nice work/life balance is very achieveable. Capped comission prevents people with a lot of talent for sticking around for life."
What don't you like about working at Ranpak?
"The traveling can start to wear you our and after awhile the job isn't terribly challenging"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"offer more monetary incentive to sell--with a capped comission paid at the end of the year you lose motivation when you're crushing your number in June..."
