"I have worked for Randolph Austin for 8+ years. My role there has been a mechanical design engineer as well as doing R&D of our polymer extrusion products and our extensive line of peristaltic pump products. Until recently, this has been an excellent company to work for and I have been given extensive latitude for learning and trying out ideas for new products as well as product improvements. Due to changes in management culture and the overall goals of the company these conditions have changed and I now wish to find a role at a company that can make use of my skills and where I can really invest myself and my talents."
