"Most of the worker bees are good people although the unhappiness in the air is negative."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are very intrusive and the HR person is very ignorant so be prepared for a great sales pitch but once in, you are ready to jump ship. They do not pay overtime for this position. HR knows they need to but management does not want to."

What don't you like about working at Ram Real Estate?

"Management there is dishonest, misrepresent majority of the positions they hire for and work people into the ground. Everyone is scared of the CEO as if he is bipolar. He tends to snap and is unpredictable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over with the management but this would need to start with the CEO who is not business minded"
