"I've worked for Raineri Construction for the past 14 months to present. I've found it to be intriguing at first. But as time went on I have found that the estimating tools provided to carry out my work are extremely cumbersome and less than user-friendly. There are no tutorials or workbooks to reference when troubleshooting."

"I worked for a fast growing company. I was cut loose and give my first job immediately. My coworkers were amazing and such team players. I left because I have a family I love very much. I couldn’t work 7 days a week anymore, 6 months of that was taking a toll on my quality of work and taking a toll on my family. Hard work doesn’t scare me but I need a good work life balance."
