"I've worked with Rain Bird for 6 months and have found the people are very supportive and the work challenging. Objectives are established early, so targets are quickly known, and your ability to start making an impact is almost immediate. My supervisor is supportive and available for input as I need her on various projects."
"Rain bird has the most toxic, unhealthy environment I have seen in my life, very high turnover at managerial levels is a proof of senior leadership either blind or not wanting to address and supports its employees...all manger I know are looking for another job"
"Rain Bird can be an interesting place to work. There are opportunities for advancement and to work on new product development. There is still the sustaining work on existing products, quality issues, cost reduction programs.
