"The lack of attention to customer needs or employee needs."

"Value personnel more. Listen to employees more about how to make sure customers are happy."

"Very poor leadership which results in low morale. This directly impacts productivity and quality. Part of the poor leadership culture can be directly traced to the HR Director. She is clueless about what motivates people and what they need to become loyal, dedicated employees. She needs to go sooner than later."

There is still the sustaining work on existing products, quality issues, cost reduction programs. They do pay well for the position but the environment is very conservative and the president can micromanage his subordinates."
