Tour Guide

"I have worked for Rail Explorers for 3 months now. They usually are open March through November, however due to Covid-19 they had to delay by 2 months. Working here has been delightful. As tour guide you ensure the safety of the customers who come to ride the rails. You give safety speeches before every tour, then a lead guide and rear guide pedal while there are Flaggers for the crossings and a crew car so people are at the arrival place as well. Everything is meticulously planned out and the owners and managers do a wonderful job cultivating the company culture. Hours can be long since a lot of this is in the summer sun, but it is great exercise and the views are gorgeous."
