"I worked for Raging Waves for three years. Overall, the park is below average in both customer and employee treatment. The life-guarding staff is underpaid for the type of work, and the hours are both few and chaotically dispersed, leaving working days and off days a mess. The supervisor and management department had a bad nepotism problem, leading to largely unfair treatment. The poor treatment of the employees led to their poor treatment of guests. Employees would often regard guests with contempt."
