"In under three years, there were layoffs, an acquisition and another round of layoffs. The staff and first level management are very passionate fantastic to work with. Senior leadership is either narcissistic or a puppet of leaders above them. This creates a toxic culture where instead of a strategic vision, everyone is responding to whomever complains the most. With better leadership and stability, it could be a great place to work, but until fundamental changes are made, I'd only work there if there were no other options."
