"What I liked best about working at Radius was the people. There were many issues with upper management blaming the workers for their shortcomings. Recent restructuring appears to have them headed in the right direction. Accountability was poor but starting to get better. Too many good workers underpaid, unproductive workers overpaid. The shop has union representation."
