"Yes, make sure this is where you would like to work. Ask many questions in regards to flex time and management styles."
What don't you like about working at Springfield Service?
"SSC micro-manages a lot, they fire on the spot for things that should be more flexible for working moms and dads. Some of the management team were not skilled enough."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a little more open minded an accept change."
