What do you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"Working for the Marine Corps helped shape and discipline your attitude and work ethics. For instance, the difference from being a civilian with a college degree and former military, is that yeah, one might have a degree, but he doesn't have the life experience ALONG with the knowledge. Which in turn would definitely be a better candidate for any job."

What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some people took for granted what they have. Being in the military."

"Working in my job field with radios and doing my job in Iraq."

"The competency level of the senior leadership."

"Pay attention to what's going on, and look out for your junior marines' welfare."

"The army is a good career."

What do you like about working at United States Army?

"I get to get in shape and excel in the ranks in the army and good career."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"The only thing I don't like is being deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan. I just got home from Iraq. I did 15 months in Baghdad, Iraq, and it takes a lot out of you and your family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think it is a person who can take orders and believe on getting to work on time, and who can treat people how they want to be treated, and believe in getting the work done and on time. And a person who can lead by example."
