"The people I work with. I have been with Radiant 6 yrs in April and have accomplished many goals with the partners and coworkers I've had over this time."

"Be yourself. You must be self motivated, and focused on the task at hand. This is a fast paced company and you will need to be able to keep up."

"Not going any further until my boss is promoted."

"Be more responsive, receptive and approachable."

"They worked with me in helping me get the contract worked. They would call occasionally to check in on my overall job satisfaction as well as my work performance. If I ever had any issues at the company I was contracted out to, then they were always available to reach. The HR representative was always very kind and accommodating to any concerns I raised. They did no offer benefits though due to a majority of the work being contract work."

"The work in solar and geothermal systems is something that a person can be passionate about, as long as the work is there."

"Lack of work since the construction of higher end homes has diminished."

"Focus all sales objectives into services that are currently seeing profitably in our market."

"What I don't like about the company and/or my position is the overtime pay, the regular pay, the pay I make for the work I do, the job tasks, etc"

"No, this is the first time that I asually get an interview with your company."

"We worked mainly projects and system installation. but, Havin down time for several weeks. it does not feel good. No Money!!"
