"I did like working with Radiant Research in the past. My supervisor at the time was excellent and it was a good group of employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As an RN, don't expect to be paid well."

What don't you like about working at Radiant Research?

"I moved out of state and applied at another location of Radiant Research 4 years later. The hourly pay was poor, the travel expectations were too much without adequate reimbursement and the job qualification/ standards seemed to be lower."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to increase the hourly pay/salaries, hire people that have been trained in the medical field more extensively (RNs vs Medical assistants), and re-imburse for travel time."
