"Having worked for Radiant Images for 2 years I found the company to be very unnerving. The company has no interest in taking care of their employees and the management style is harsh. For over a year I was denied vacation because I was 'irreplaceable, yet at the same time I found it impossible to even be considered for a raise or promotion. I was paid hourly yet expected to be on call at any time and often worked from home without pay."
