Rad Power Bikes Anonymous Employee
in Berkeley, CA

"They do not care about your health and safety, finances, or life in general. This company is not radical in any way shape or form other than being radically deplorable. Spending any amount of time with them will result in a deficit to you. You have been warned. Save yourself from transactions of any kind from these vultures, as they are completely okay with picking away at you until you're nothing but bone. They are empty, soulless, corporate-speak sociopaths that want everything they can get out of you for nothing in return but grief. Make sure you're not fooled into something just because a company says they're rad. Don't waste your life going here. You're worth more than that."

"Rad Power Bikes has increased their employee count significantly and they are continuing to grow. The company culture between employees was supportive and encouraging. The office was a fun space that offered a place for employees to get to know each other and was opened up after hours for things like game night. The company is still in the process of building many processes and finding ways to support cross-functional teamwork. There was limited opportunity for career advancement and support to grow in the role."
