Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to work with little to no supervision and very little opportunity to ask questions. This is a Figure ot our yourself kind of place. You need to be resourceful and have no fear of trying something new since you will not have the standard test equip,emt"

What don't you like about working at Datamatics Technologies?

"Very poor HR deptartment. Nothing was done when complaints about harrassment and foul language and unethical worl practices were reported. Very little test equipment making it difficult to repair or calibrate product."

What do you like about working at Baxter International?

"I loved the culture this company produced for the employees. Every business group acted and felt like a family at all levels. There was an open door policy with all personel and with other business groups. I myself spent as much as 10-15 hours per day at Allegiance and liked it so much I even came in on the weekends."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have fun. Everyone I worked with and interviewed with loved what they did and had fun through out my interview."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I worked I Allegiance they had and enforced an open door policy and any suggestions were given during my employment."

What don't you like about working at BSI Consulting?

"I was in a new position and reported to Marketing Director. Director did not understand engineering."

"It was a company in flux. About the time I left to re-join a former employer, most of the staff I worked with also left. The company has since changed hands."

"The work was just okay. Basically, it was a place to go if you want a stable job but don't want to stretch."

"Leading edge technical work in medical device field. Competent co-workers."

"Reducing US work in favor of off-shore suppliers"
