"Worth more than a job"
What do you like about working at PharmaForm?
"Great experience in pharmaceutical development"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get offers in writing before any decision is made. Do not give current employers name or phone number out is your current employer is not aware of you leaving."
What don't you like about working at PharmaForm?
"Job insecurity. 4 different layoffs over a period of 1.5years with mass hiring episodes and an improper use of funds. The inability of management to identify poor work ethic. Many of the upper management leaders were put in place by the CEO due to their study under the CEO at school. For most this is their first job and have never gained the people skills needeed to destinguish between someone that knows it all and someone who actually knows something."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to focus on thier own ability to manage."

"UTEX Industries was an excellent place to work."
What do you like about working at UTEX Industries?
"The people were excellent to work with. The job I had was always very challenging and interesting. I enjoyed working the others and where I learned to inside sales."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Now it is a great company. Has good job stability."
What don't you like about working at UTEX Industries?
"The salary was poor. When the oil field crunch was present , my salary was cut by 6%. I had to find work elsewhere. Three months after I left 50% of the work force were terminated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"UTEX now has new owners. Made a better company."

"its a small scale company in future I would like to work in Multinational company and big organisations."

"Small family atmosphere, you'll know everyone in the plant"

"Check with other companies first, unless you don't care to work for peanuts."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Paint Corporation?
"Pay was too low, not even close to competitive. US Paint is a training ground for a job with another paint company. You're better off starting with a larger company if you can get a job"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay people what they deserve. Use the salary calculators availible and at least try to get close to the mean value."

"The company that employed me, relocated the research lab to Detroit area approximately 6 months after hiring me."

What do you like about working at Polymer Technology Group?
"I liked working in research and development as the projects were interesting. I also liked getting some small gifts from the company, such as a hot beverage mug, Christmas party, and a turkey for Thanksgiving. They also paid for dinners when working overtime."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"PTG is looking for people that are in need of a paycheck. Quality Control and Research personnel standards are higher than production."
What don't you like about working at Polymer Technology Group?
"I did not like the pay scale as it was below what the average."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The Quality Control department needs new equipment to determine molecular size of the polyurethanes. All service technicians recommended replacing that older analytical instrument."
