"The folks at Qv21 are great, however, there are serious lags in communication among leadership, and an obvious power struggle within that same hierarchy. The company has a solid product and its core competencies are full-proof, however, there are ethical boundaries that are crossed daily in regards to overselling an undeliverable product to customers who are shelling out hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, to get a product that is much harder to perfect than if honesty had been the approach from the start."
