"What I liked best about working at Quik Lend was the challenge of learning a job for which I had no prior experience and being able to prove my ability to be a fast learner and demonstrate how quickly I can adapt to the culture of a new company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only tip I would have for someone interviewing for this, and any other company would be to bring out some of your personal characteristics and qualities during the process. Your resume will speak of your experience, abilities and capabilities. In the end, the employer will likely hire the individual who is well rounded and able to effortlessly bring the two together in a manner that will benefit the company."

What don't you like about working at Quik Lend?

"What I lament about the short duration of our employment at Quik Lend, Inc. was that we did not have the opportunity to carry out the plans of transforming the back office into a strong foundation of support for the field employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would advise the management team to be more involved and available for approvals/signatures needed to complete tasks that require such."
