"I worked for QuickLearn for several years. It's a great company, and the President is an awesome guy. The medical benefits and smaller perks (e.g. cell phones, company lunches) are really good, and if you're involved in the classroom in any capacity (instructor or support), you get a free lunch! The hours are very flexible (within reason), and you are always welcome to take a half-day if you have a doctor's appointment, school function, etc. It's an excellent environment that fosters learning and experimenting with new concepts. However, since it's a small company (around 7 employees), there is absolutely zero opportunity for growth. There are only two career paths: staff, or instructor. Both paths are full of their own stresses (instructors teach for weeks on end with no break, and one support guy is on call 24/7/365). If pay is your thing, the pay is also significantly lower than the industry standard."
