"Cancel the interview. This is by far the worst company you could ever work for."

"The Partners are the worst business owners in the history of businesses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop micro-managing, understand that your employees are people and CARE about them, talk to employees about the decisions and changes that are being made, don't hire under false pretenses of full-time work (there is NO work in October - December, thus should hire as seasonal employees), stop making promises you cannot keep, understand the meaning of on-call, show the people around you respect, don't treat everyone like they are idiots, do everything possible to keep MORALE up, pay the vendors for the work they do - stop discounting them for your mistakes and inability to run a profitable and honest company - you alienate and rip-off tons of vendors who are out there trying to make an honest living."
