"the lack of ATS which should have been and indication of the priorities of management, also the biases in candidate selection which required a lot of educating on my part, which I didn't really have time for"

What don't you like about working at Quest Software?
"Quest had a disconnected atmosphere. It is made up primarily of companies Quest acquired through the years from different geographical regions. I worked at a small satellite office in Santa Clara which felt disconnected from Quest corporate."

"Quest needs to reach out to branch/remote offices more often and get more then the 'director/manager' level in tune with the culture."

"My main issues with my current company is a pay scale does not match my 10+ years of experience."

"My immediate manager is a pleasure to work for, but I would recommend the senior management to review current pay scales as of late we have lost a lot of good employees due to this to other companies."
