Quest International Employee

"Quest International, a foreign family fun and poorly operated small company will always live in the 1980's. Every day is a hostile day at Quest where: • executives (leadership) manage by fear, intimidation and bullying • Your experience & expertise is dismissed because the executives are experts in everything (stuck in the 1980's way and it will never change) • Using sick and vacation time will negatively impact your performance review, especially in your first year • Executives monitor your emails and watch you on video from the privacy of their offices. * Nepotism is the culture. You will never be part of their family. You work for their success, not yours. Watch the executives come in at 11am, take 2 hours lunches, intimidate the employees, and leave for the day at 4pm each day. * All managers and under clock in/clock out and are told when to take breaks."
