"The pay was not really that great, some applications still had legacy code contain within them, lead developers were not open to new ideas which would optimize web application with heavy legacy code, and the reportedly numerous cutbacks the company has had over the years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not hire people full time unless you're certain that you'll have them stick around for a while."
