"The management is driving the company into the ground. We get paid monthly, and each month, we are not sure if we will get a pay check."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Unfortunately, those that run QF have no previous experience running an agency and therefore have not been prepared for the ebbs and flows that come with marketing agencies. It's very frustrating to watch."
