"The workplace is very sad and depressing. I was using technology that was at least 5 years old. There was no real vision for the company. The owner didn't trust anyone except his family, who he hired to manage. He would constantly be looking over my shoulder while I was doing work. On several occasions he would come to me complaining about other employees. I overheard him talking to lawyers about ex-employees who were taking him to court. That's not a good sign if you only employ 15 people."
