"This place has a wonderful culture. Everyone seems to truly care about each other and their success. It's a sales-driven organization so performance is important, but you'll get all the support you need from management and your co-workers. It's a far departure from the cutthroat environment which is so often the norm at both digital agencies and recruiting firms. The network of consultants are incredibly talented and both management and recruiters truly care about their well-being and satisfaction in their position and workflow. Client relationships are nurtured well by management, and although they come first from a sales perspective, because the employees and consultants are cared for so well it's a win-win relationship naturally. Full-time employees in the office have flexibility for family matters, etc. It's nice to see support of new mothers and families. They also offer a fair amount of training and team activities."
